After 20 yrs Police Service Linda made a major lifestyle change and ‘hung up’ her uniform. Since resigning in February 2009 Linda has been involved in the housing market, providing Energy Performance Certificates in and around Hull and the East Riding.
Business networking led to and number of great friendships and the formation of Monkey Food fine dining events of which Linda was a co-founder.
Building on the experiences gained from Monkey Food Linda teamed up with Claire to form MannaFrom.
The grand daughter of a Head Gardener it was inevitable that at some point in her life, Claire would go back to her 'roots'! From an early age Claire worked in the veg patch with her Dad and came to enjoy the 'fruits of their labour'. Although work and family commitments have kept Claire away from the veg patch of late she has been able to compensate by developing her passion for cooking and of course eating good food whether in or out of the home.
Together we have a vision for sharing the best of local produce and food producers which we look forward to bringing to you. We hope we can persuade you of the the value of that vision and bring some foodie pleasure to you in the process.
