A Journey

We are setting off on a culinary journey to discover all things good in Gods garden. Our trek begins in Yorkshire where we will be visiting producers, suppliers, farms and eateries, sampling and munching along the way. We will be inviting all who mirror our vision of things good and sustainable to join us and help to promote the best of regional food.

  1. We attended the excellent Brocklesby Fair last week and met some fantastic local food producers. We always head straight for the Ostrich burgers supplied by Oslinc, they are lovely. Ostrich is one of the healthiest meats you can eat and its so high in protein that a small portion is very filling. We also tried buffallo burgers, sampled a few pies and cakes and of course visited the homemade fudge stand, I'm avoiding the bathroom scales for a while.
